About ValuatePad
ValuatePad publishes the fundamentals of 500+ US-listed companies exactly as the companies themselves filed them with the SEC: income statement, cash flow, balance sheet, margins, ratios and valuation, with up to ~18 years of history. Free, no signup, no paywall.
What it is
One page per company, organised into twelve tabs that run from the raw financial statement to valuation: income statement, cash flow, margins, balance sheet, ratios, market, debt, DCF, EPV/WACC, quality scores, news and analyst consensus. Every tab shows the full historical series, not just the latest quarter.
What sets it apart from most aggregators is where the figures come from. Here the history is built from the XBRL data the company filed with the SEC, without restating it or fitting it to a house model: if a figure looks odd, the site shows it as it stands, and the original source is public and checkable. How that is done, line by line, is in the methodology.
Who it's for
For people who read the accounts before buying: individual investors who want ten years of margins at a glance, students who need a real financial statement to work with, and anyone tired of finding the figure they need behind a subscription. It is not a trading tool: no candlestick charts, no price alerts, no real-time data.
What it covers
The universe is the S&P 500, extendable ticker by ticker. For each company there are up to ~18 years of annual financial statements when it files under the us-gaap taxonomy; for ADRs reporting under IFRS and for companies that don't file with the SEC the history is shorter and some rows stay empty — which the page shows as-is rather than filling in.
Beyond the company pages there is a glossary of some 137 metrics — every row of the page, explained in plain language and in the same order you see them — and a discounted cash flow model whose assumptions you can change to see the effect on value.
Free, no signup
There is no account to create, no 14-day trial, no query limit. Every page is public and reachable by direct link, including each tab of each company. The site is available in English and Spanish, with the same information in both.
What it is not
- It is not investment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell, and the valuation models are exactly that: models, built on debatable assumptions.
- It is not a broker and has no relationship with one. You cannot trade from here and there are no affiliate links to platforms.
- It is not real time. The price refreshes during the session with a delay and freezes at the last close outside market hours; the financial statements are annual.
- It does not guarantee there are no errors. There are, they get fixed and re-seeded; the limitations section of the methodology says which ones are known.
